PREMIEUTDELING I HOLMENKOLLKONKURRANSEN

Den åpne internasjonale arkitektkonkurransen om ny Holmenkollbakke er nå avgjort. Juryens avgjørelse vil bli presentert i et premieutdelingsarrangement i Oslo Konserthus, lille sal, tirsdag 4. september kl. 15.00.

De deltakerne som har fått premie eller innkjøp har fått direkte meddelelse om dette fra juryen. De 7 premierte og innkjøpte utkast vil bli utstilt i foyeren.

PRIZE-CEREMONY

for the Holmenkollen competition will be held Tuesday September 4. at 1500 in Oslo Consert Hall. The 7 prize-winners have already been informed about the jury decision. These 7 entries will be exhibited in the Consert Hall Foyer

PUBLIKUMSVISNING AV HOLMENKOLLKONKURRANSEN

Kultur- og idrettsetaten i Oslo kommune informerer om følgende:

Publikum ønskes velkommen til visning av forslagene til ny Holmenkollbakke. Alle de 104 innleverte konkurranseutkastene fra hele verden vises i Bjølsenhallen fra fredag 10. august til og med mandag 13. august.

Åpningstider:
Fredag 10. august: kl. 12 – 20
Lørdag 11. august: kl. 10 – 17
Søndag 12. august: kl. 12 – 17
Mandag 13. august: kl. 12 – 20

Hvert forslag består av makimalt seks plansjer med perspektivtegninger, plantegninger, fotomontasjer og beskrivelser. Juryen skal ha tatt sin beslutning i begynnelsen av september.

COMMENTS CONCERNING THE MESSAGE ABOUT CHANGE IN THE COMPETITION PROGRAM

We have received only 2 comments concerning the message about the change in the program.

1 competitor says he works “non-digitally” and therefore is not able to send us a CD.  We have decided that this must be accepted in such a situation, but we sincerely hope that very few competitors will  avoid sending us a CD.

The other reaction concerns the change in scale.   This competitor has already produced his drawings before the message came, because he is soon leaving for his summer holiday.   He strongly  urges us to accept drawings with the scale originally defined, and we have decided to accept this.     We hope very few competitors are in a situation similar to this. 

IMPORTANT!

There has been decided an important change in the competition program in relation to the scale of the drawings which shall be submitted.  The competitors must also submit a CD with all the material in pdf-format.   Read the new instructions here!

Reminder:  According to the official TED-announcement the deadline for registration is 1. june 2007.  Pr. today 386 architects from 37 countries are registered.

Today (26. april) we have received a total of 260 registrations from 30 different countries to take part in the competition.  

SITE VISIT will be arranged at friday 27. april at 1100.  Meeting point is the Ski Museum.  See the competition programme page 22, point 5.
